School Tours
At Ntake Bakery and Company Limited, we are delighted to throw open our doors to students and visitors, offering a one-of-a-kind glimpse into the world of baking and business operations. Whether for educational enrichment or recreational discovery, our tours provide a golden opportunity to learn and explore.
As a company, we wholeheartedly support government initiatives such as Skilling Uganda. We warmly welcome students and teachers from all walks of life—be it kindergarten, nursery, primary, secondary, or higher learning institutions—to experience the inner workings of various industries, including baking and pastry, milling, edible oil processing, plastic manufacturing, and soap making. This hands-on experience gives students a chance to get their feet wet in the practical world of industry, adding real value to their educational journey.
Though organizing such tours might come with a few logistical hoops to jump through, we ensure strict adherence to safety standards, allowing us to keep the wheels turning smoothly. In the long run, the advantages of this firsthand learning experience far outweigh the challenges, fostering an environment where both students and the company reap the rewards.
To make your visit as seamless as possible, we’ve assigned a dedicated tour guide who will ensure your time with us is both informative and enjoyable. Institutions interested in a tour should head to the HR Office to kick-start the process. While certain terms and conditions apply, we go the extra mile to maintain a vibrant and welcoming learning atmosphere.
As part of our corporate social responsibility, we also offer valuable internship placements to university and tertiary students. For O-Level and A-Level students, we are proud to support the new curriculum by providing opportunities for entrepreneurship skill-building and educational study tours. In addition, we offer flexible field attachment opportunities, ensuring students gain hands-on experience to meet the practical requirements set by the Uganda Examinations Board.
We look forward to rolling out the red carpet for your school and sharing our wealth of knowledge across multiple industries.
